BRMP Jakarta Strengthens English Communication and Public Speaking Skills Through Intensive Training

Bogor -- BRMP Jakarta continues to strengthen the capacity and confidence of its employees in communicating. Two BRMP Jakarta employees, Harun Pratama and Donny Joviano Utomo, participated in an intensive English and Public Speaking Training held at BB System in Cimanggu, Bogor, from September 22–24th, 2026.

The three-day training was organized by ILA (International Language Academy) by IPB Training in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. The program combined English language learning with public communication training, providing participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to communicate more effectively and confidently in professional way.

One of the highlights of the training was a special session featuring an international native English speaker through a Zoom meeting. The speaker shared personal life experiences and stories in English using language that was accessible and easy for the participants to follow. 

Harun Pratama and Donny Joviano Utomo each delivered their presentations in English, demonstrating their ability to apply the knowledge and public speaking techniques gained during the training. The final presentation also served as an opportunity for participants to build confidence in expressing ideas, structuring presentations, and communicating with an audience in English.
